Transferable Warranty

  • Allows coverage to transfer to a new homeowner, often up to 30 years.
  • Transfer schedule:
    • 0–10 years: No charge
    • 11–15 years: 50% of material cost
    • 16–20 years: 70% of material cost
    • 21–25 years: 80% of material cost
    • 26–30 years: 90% of material cost
